“Ye Shall Know That I am Jehovah,”
The world we now live in:
The purpose of this article is to connect any and all loose ends concerning end time events, to set up a correct timeline and cover subjects that may give us further clues concerning the coming last days.
Most of us are aware that the state of Israel turned 70 in May of 2019. Born in one day on May 24th 1948, Israel has produced its 1st generation of citizens. And what is it Jesus said concerning this generation of Israelites?
Matthew 24:34, “Verily I say unto you, this generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.”
And what is considered a generation? I have two answers to the question. 1. Concerning time, the length of a generation, is about 70 + or – years. Secondly, in genealogy, the length of a generation has been used principally as a check on the credibility of evidence of some event, in this case, the prophesy in Matthew 24.
So, this generation of Israelites have been witness to the events Christ laid out in Matthew 24 concerning the signs before the tribulation begins.
So, will the whole of Matthew’s prophesy be fulfilled within the limits of this one generation? I believe they will.
With great anticipation, the body of Christ patiently waits and watches for the Lords trumpet call, “Come up hither!” And when the body of Christ is removed from off this earth, then what? all hell will break loose!
Most all of societies ethical and moral thoughts and their activities appear to have been lowered. Corruption in politics has reached dizzying heights, truth and justice in the courts for the wealthy and political elitist is practically non-existent, and transparency, a word to be scoffed at. Disinformation is running wild in most all major news-medias; President Trump calls them “fake news.” And the piggish morals of Hollywood have spread as would a tidal-wave over the land.
Concerning the corrupt Democratic, Socialist party in America:
These are God hating Politicians who have taken over most every major city in America, especially cities like New York, Washington, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. President Trump said he would clean out the swamp, but I really don’t believe he knew the true depth of this swamp and how many vermin were living in it. Ticks, leaches, parasites, freeloaders, extortioners; a swamp filled with decay and unfit to drink.
Corruption in the moral’s, decisions and actions of judges, politicians and the people of any society has and will eventually led to their collapse.
In mathematics, exponential decay describes the process of reducing an amount of something, in this case the will of God by a consistent percentage rate over a period of time.
Over the past 60 Years, we have been witnesses to substantial changes in the virtues and up-righteousness of many American’s especially the youth in many of our major cities. Gang memberships, drugs and alcohol abuse, disrespectful and dishonesty appear to be the norm.
In the U.S.A., murders in 2018 topped 16,000. Some 20 million suffer from substance disorder, 12 million from alcoholism. These stats are 2 years old, so it’s probably much worse today. Eighty thousand died from the flu last year, some 70,000 so far from the coronavirus pandemic, and it’s not over yet!
At first the changes in our society came in dribs and drabs, but now flow as does water over Niagara Falls, thank you Hollywood! And so, the question, “have we reached a breaking point?”
We continue to witness a frontal attack by the enemies of Jesus Christ. Examples are, no posting of the 10 Commandments on any public grounds; the removal of Bibles from all public institutions of learning; on prayer and especially any conversation in work places concerning the word of God.
Yet the promotion of feminism, environmentalism, abortion, homosexuality, partial birth abortion, the LGBT movement and premarital sex is the standard of today’s conversations, education and entertainment.
The Democratic party in America have gone mad, detesting even the public they serve, and scorning anyone who disagrees with their agenda’s. Why, because they are full of themselves, greedy, liars being without conscience and without God.
1 Timothy 6:10, “For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.”
This coronavirus pandemic here and around the world has brought out the true nature of many who hold public office: Governor Newsome of California, Como of New York, Mayor DeBlasio of New York, Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and Adam Schiff a man who is as corrupt as any person I have witnesses in my years.
Also, let’s not forget arrogant and pathetic Texas judge Eric Moye who thought it necessary to throw a woman in jail and fine her 7000 dollars because she attempted to open up her business in order to feed her kids. What makes me even sicker about him; when the woman was pleading her case, the creep wouldn’t even look at her; disgraceful and shameful! The problem; this man has no conscience whatsoever.
The fascination for idolatry for many is conceived as being produced by some radical perversion of their religious senses which the prophets called “whoredom,” meaning, they have prostituted God’s word, delighting in things not of God, and are wholly indifferent to the moral elements which alone will preserve a person’s faith and keep love from corruption.
These politicians desire to be puppet masters of deception, of fear and overreach. They operate from behind shadowy, metaphorical backdrops, maintaining control with threats of heavy fines or incarceration. Most are bunko’s, victimizing and manipulating the lives of those they had sworn to represent and protect.
Oscar Wilde wrote: “Life cheats us with shadows, like a puppet-master.”
The Democrat’s have reached a low point in their base, they being comfortable with putting a communist into office as President, “Thank God they failed, at least for now they have!”
Communism is an atheistic system which renounces all religion. In fact, it itself is a fanatical, dark and intolerant religion. Their leaders demand class hatred and warfare based on the exaggerated sense of self-importance.
Also, the Democratic Socialist are dead set on protecting a corrupt and lying man who is now running for the Presidency, that man, Joe Biden. He’s the same man, when in office as V.P. threated to hold back military aid from the Ukrainian authority if a certain investigator didn’t stop looking into his son’s business affairs.
Yet today, Joe Biden is being accused of sexual harassment, yet, the whole of the Democratic party and the corrupt Democrat News Media is dead set on protecting dirty Joe and taking down President Trump.
Doomsday prophesies coming to pass in this generation.
In any civilized society, there’s never been a shortage of doomsday scenarios. Ironically, many times they have been proven to be correct. Prophesies concerning the fall of the Northern and Southern tribes of Israel. The fall of Babylon, the Medes and Persians, and the Romans.
The rise of the European nations, the toes of iron and clay, France, Spanish, Portuguese, British, and German empires. And concerning the other foot, Syria, Iran, Libya, Ethiopia, and Turkish or Ottoman empire. What prophesies predicted their rise? Daniel’s prophesy concerning the feet and toes of, (K.J.B.) Daniel 2:41, “iron and miry clay.”
Recently, tyrants like Adolph Hitler, the Ayatollah’s of Iran, and most of Islam’s religious and political leaders are scheming, waiting patiently for the day when the Jewish population will have been exterminated to the last man, woman and child, as well as all Christians. But they won’t, why? God’s prophesy concerning the Jews of this generation.
Amos 9:14-15, “I = (God) will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them …And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God.”
Isaiah11:10-16, It shall come to pass, the Lord, “shall set His hand again the second time to recover the remnant of His people, which shall be left … and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.”
Before Jesus discourse on the Mt. of Olives, the disciples with the Lord had been in the temple area. Soon after, they would climb up to the Mount of Olives, then look down on the whole of the Temple complex. The disciples spoke of all the beautiful buildings standing as monuments to the people and to the LORD. They said to Jesus,
Mark 13:1, “Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!” Jesus replies, “See all these great buildings? “There shall not be left one stone upon another that shall not be thrown down.”
Most will agree this prophesy of, “Not one stone will be left standing on another,” was fulfilled in 70 A.D., when the Roman armies went into Jerusalem, destroyed both the city and the Temple. They slaughtered over one million Jews, and took thousands into captivity.
I believe the destruction of Jerusalem and the murder of the Jews in 70 A.D., is but a sampling of what lies ahead for both the Jews and a fallen Gentile world. In the time of the tribulation, the horrors the Lord is going to unleash on the people of the earth will be far greater and more horrific in scope and destruction then anything ever witnessed by man.
Following are a few of the prophesies that have been fulfilled since 1948.
- The diaspora would last for 2000 years:
Hosea 3:4-5, “For the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without a teraphim: Afterward shall the children of return,”
This long period, was to be one in which the Jews should have no king or prince, no sacrifice to Jehovah, and yet no idol or false god, no ephod, and no teraphim. This describes their state for the past 1950 years. Separated from idols, yet without any legal sacrifices to the LORD, whom they profess to worship, and yet not being acknowledged by him as his people.
You may ask, what is an ephod? The ephod was worn by the High Priest above the tunic and robe. It consisted of two finely decorated pieces which hung down, the one in front over his breast, the other on his back, to the middle of the thigh. They were joined on the shoulders by golden clasps set in Onyx stones with the names of the twelve tribes, it fastened around the waist by a girdle. In the breast were the Urim and Thummin by which God gave responses to the Hebrews.
Between 1929 and 1937, some 225,000 to 300,000 Jews came from Europe and Asia back to their own land. This was called the fifth Aliyah. The reason, 230,000 of them were fleeing Hitler’s Nazi Germany.
The Hebrew word aliyah translates as “elevation” or “going up.” It is, in fact, used both for being called up to the Torah reading, and for moving back to the Land of Israel.
If we went back in time 2000 years from 1948, 65 to 57 B.C., Israel would be in the period of its last high priest and king. Also, Israel’s sovereignty as a nation would come to an end.
The Jews that did return to Israel would have to buy back the land.
Jeremiah 32:44, “And fields shall be bought in this land,”
From 1881 to 1948, Jewish Zionists purchased thousands of square miles of land in Eretz Israel from Arab land owners who were anxious to sell it. The Arabs thought they were exploiting the poor Jews by selling them desolate, desert land that was generally considered worthless.
But the Jews didn’t hesitate; they bought it anyway. One man, Yehoshua Hankin, was responsible for the purchase of 150,000 acres of land in Eretz Israel for Jewish settlements. The next prophesy fulfilled:
- The Hebrew language would return as the official language:
Zephaniah 3:9-10, “For then will I turn (restore) to the people a pure language,”
- Israel would be reborn in a day, May 24, 1948.
Isaiah 66:7-8-9, Verse 8, “Before she (Israel) travailed, she brought forth: —- who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.”
- At the time of the Jews return to Israel, three world leaders would die in one month.
Zechariah 11:8, “Three shepherds also I cut off in one month; and my soul loathed them, and their soul also abhorred me.”
The three, Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini and Franklin Roosevelt all died in one month in 1945. We can understand the first two, but why Roosevelt?
In June of 1939 under the Presidency of Roosevelt the German ocean liner St. Louis and its 937 passengers, almost all Jewish, were turned away from the port of Miami, forcing the ship to return to Europe; more than a quarter died in the Holocaust.
Also, there was a stunning critique of FDR’s Jewish refugee policy written by Freda Kirchwey. From 1933 to 1955 Mary Frederika “Freda” Kirchwey, an American journalist, editor, and publisher strongly committed throughout her career to liberal causes. She was Editor of The Nation magazine. a staunch New Dealer, Roosevelt supporter and editor. She wrote,
“You and I and the President and the Congress and the State Department are accessories to the crime and share Hitler’s guilt,” she wrote. “If we had behaved like humane and generous people instead of complacent, cowardly ones, the two million Jews lying today in the earth of Poland and Hitler’s other crowded graveyards would be alive and safe…. We had it in our power to rescue this doomed people and we did not lift a hand to do it—or perhaps it would be fairer to say that we lifted just one cautious hand, encased in a tight-fitting glove of quotas and visas and affidavits, and a thick layer of prejudice.”
Also, U.S. president Franklin Delano Roosevelt spoke about the danger of allowing Jews in large numbers to live in one specific place, or to become too prominent in various professions.
“He also promoted imposing a quota on the admission of Jewish students to Harvard in the 1920’s.
“In 1943, Roosevelt urged local leaders in Allied-liberated North Africa to limit the entry of Jews into many professions. He claimed that ‘the complaints which the Germans bore towards the Jews’ were ‘understandable’ because there were many Jews in law, medicine, and other fields in Germany.”
Isaiah wrote concerning the order of the Jews return to their homeland. Isaiah 43:3 to 23. First from the east, this speaking of the Middle East; from the West, Europe; then from the north, Russia; and lastly from the South Ethiopia. The return to Israel was in this exact order.
The cities in Israel would be renamed according to Biblical names. Ezekiel 36:11, “I will settle you after your old estates,”
- That the desolate land would become productive.
Isaiah 27:6, “Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit.” Israel has become a major exporter of fresh produce and a world-leader in agricultural technologies.
- The barren mountains of Israel will once again be covered with many varieties of trees.
- Isaiah 41:19, “I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah (acacia) tree, and the myrtle, and he oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree, and the pine, and the box tree together;” The forests of Israel are mainly the result of a massive afforestation campaign by the Jewish National Fund. In the 19th century and up to World War I, the Ottoman Empire cleared the land of Israel of its natural reserves of pine and oak trees, in order to build railways across the empire. But, since 1948, more than 185 million trees have been planted, they creating 280 forests.
- There shall be an increase in rainfall, both the latter and former rains restored.
Joel 2:23, “for he (the LORD) has given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.”
The rainfall in Israel has increased to 39.70 mm in December from 31.60 mm in November of 2015. Precipitation averaged 22.26 mm from 1901 until 2015, reaching an all-time high of 182.64 mm in January of 1974.
9. Jerusalem will be an international problem in the world.
Zechariah 12:2, “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about,” This story is told to us every day in every major newspaper and news channel.
10. Zechariah 12:6, “like a hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about,”
Arab-Israeli military conflicts between Israeli and various Arab forces have occurred in 1948–49, 1956, 1967, 1973, 1982, 2006, and they continue today with the Palestinian’s being supplied by Iran, Russia, and China.
11. Israel is to have continuing problems with the Edomites, today called Palestinians.
Amos 9:12, “That they may possess the remnant of Edom,”
