Has The Church Changed?

It is known by God; that in these days of trouble; neither has He, or will He tempt any man to sin. And His church will not be held accountable for the poor decisions; failures, hatred; wars; and immoral behaviour taking place in America, and elsewhere around the world. The Christian church in this time of confusion, and escalating conflicts, will be judged righteous, and honorable before God.

Can we, in this ever evolving world, have imagined that we Christian’s are accused of being behind a cloak of wrongful actions, and the preaching of hatred and injustice?  The enemies of the cross accuse us as wantonly, and wickedly provoking turmoil in America, and elsewhere.

But its God’s people who are being provoked by the ever present, and growing  influences, power, and wealth of Christ’s enemies? Has there ever be a more foolish travesty of the truth? again men are pointing their fingers, and wagging their heads as they did 2000 years ago, at the man who hung from the cross.

So many bewildering events have been crowded into the past 100 years. Two world wars, Korea, Vietnam, many middle Eastern conflicts, the Jews return to their own home-land; space travel; and an ever growing world wide communications network. In less than 100 years, we have gone from plowing fields with oxen, and riding horses, to Jet aircraft taking us coast to coast in only a few hours.

The essential facts, and truth, are being overturned by the twisted, and distorted double talking, slanderous lying tongues of those who have already sold their souls to Satan.

It’s time again for all Christians to call again for the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Shall we remain on the defensive? I say no! its time to take the offense. No man ever prevailed staying on defense. Today, we are as ready as ever. The Holy Spirit will show the way, and with God’s blessings, we can spread the Gospel to a lost world faster than ever before.  The time to take the offensive for truth, is now.

Here is where we are: there are two camps. Those who are for Christ, and those who are against Him. Christianity at one time was first; but now we are bringing up the rear. We have become as beggars looking for the crumbs off of the worlds table. Lets return to being those who set the table, prepare the food, and serve it to the world.

This will not end exactly as the story of the wolf and the lamb did. What the wolf will find, this time is not some helpless lamb, but the Lion of the tribe of Judah; He who is King, and Lord of all, Jesus Christ.

From heaven, God looks down with winged cherub’s standing on each side. He looks down in fury, and glares in disgust. Satan looks up with an accusing tongue, pointing a finger at the Son of God for overturning his work on earth. The crown Satan so longed for, has already been set upon the Lord’s head; He who sits at the right hand of the Father on high. The Lord balances the world on His finger, and on the other hand holds the scales of truth, law and justice.
