Perfect: 5046. Greek is, telelos. past particle, what has reached its end, term, limit. Hence, complete, perfect, full, wanting in nothing.
a-1. Generally, James 1:4, “But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire (complete,) wanting noting,” with ver.17, “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above,” and,
